		Mike Arnold Director of Sales Capri Omega Mike Arnold has over 22 years experience in the Lighting Industry. Starting his career with Day-Brite Lighting in 1984, Mike has held many positions within the Company including, Quality Engineer, Applications Engineer, Specification Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager and Capri Product Marketing Manager. He has been Director of Sales for Capri Omega since 2003.

		Nick Bleeker Director - Business Development Day-Brite Capri Omega Nick Bleeker has over 20 years experience in the lighting industry in both technical and commercial aspects of the business. In his current role at Day-Brite\|Capri\|Omega he is responsible for implementing programs and policies that support the company's aggressive marketing and growth strategies, such as overseeing the Divisions overall sustainability programs. His latest accomplishments include being the project leader for the design and construction teams of the $2 Million Day-Brite Capri Omega Lighting Institute which received LEED-CI certification. Prior to Day-Brite Lighting, Nick worked for Philips Lighting for over 16 years in various capacities including product management, international operations, marketing & development engineering. His career with Philips led him to two expatriate assignments in the Netherlands & in Mexico City for a period of almost 8 years.

		Kylie Boring Associate Product Manager - Capri/Omega Lighting Kylie joined the lighting industry nearly a year ago as Associate Product Manager for the Capri/Omega Product Management team. In her role, she assists with the implementation of product development and marketing strategies. Prior to joining DCO, Kylie served as the National Account Sales Representative for the local newspaper for 8 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with emphasis in Public Relations/Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi.

		Jonathan Burt Associate Product Manager - Omega Lighting Jonathan Burt has worked for Day-brite\|Capri\|Omega for over 8 years. He began working in the Day-Brite Engineering department in 1999 as an Engineering Specialist. In 2003 he transferred to his current position as the Associate Product Manager for Omega Lighting. Jonathan's primary responsibilities include developing new products, providing technical assistance, and assists managing the Omega product line.

		Bill Busch Senior Product Manager - HID Indoor and Commercial Bill Busch has over 37 years experience in the lighting industry in Product Management, Sales and Engineering. In his current role at Day-Brite Lighting he is responsible for planning and introducing new products that support the company's marketing & growth strategies.

		Dennis Gregory Senior Product Manager - mcPhilben Emergency and Vandal Resistant by Day-Brite Dennis Gregory has over 29 years experience in the lighting industry with Day-Brite Lighting in product management and applications engineering. In his current role at Day-Brite Lighting he is responsible for 3 different product lines: mcPhilben Emergency Lighting, Vandal Resistant Lighting by Day-Brite, and the Electro/connect modular wiring systems. He is responsible for planning and introducing new products for all three of his product lines that support the company's marketing and growth strategies. Dennis received his Associates of Applied Science degree from Itawamba Community College and in addition he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northcentral University.

		Art Hopmann Director of Customer Support Art Hopmann has over 25 years experience in the lighting industry in Testing, Standards Development, Quotations, Product Design, Customer Service, Applications, Technical Support and Field Service. In his current role at Day-Brite\|Capri\|Omega he is responsible for managing the Customer Service, Order Entry, RGA and e-Commerce. He has been with Day-Brite Capri Omega for 17 years. Prior to Day-Brite Capri Omega, Art worked for the Killark Division of Hubbell in testing and standards where he co-authored IEEE Publication "IEC vs NEC, A Comparative Analysis". Art is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Design.

		Grant Hukle Senior Product Manager - Fluorescent Lighting Products Grant Hukle has over 18 years experience in the lighting industry in Product Management, Technical Support, Applications and Optical Design. In his current role at Day-Brite Lighting he is responsible for planning and introducing new fluorescent products that support the company

		Suzy Pawlik Associate Product Manager for mcPhilben Emergency and Daybrite Vandal Suzy Pawlik has over 5 years experience in the lighting industry with Day-Brite/Capri/Omega Lighting. Recently she joined the Product Management team with mcPhilben Exits, Emergency Lighting and Vandal Resistant by Day-Brite. In this role, Suzy is assisting with the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for these product lines. Prior to Product Management, Suzy was handling Technical Support for Capri and Omega Lighting. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University.

		Clarke Penley, LC Manager - Applications Engineering Clarke Penley has 34 years of experience in the lighting industry with Westinghouse, Crouse-Hinds, Cooper Lighting and as the principal of Coastal Lighting Associates in Pensacola, Florida. Responsibilities over the years have included factory field sales, quotations, field specification support, advertising and sales promotion management, as well as nine years on the street as an agency principal focusing on architectural and industrial sales. As the manager of applications engineering, he is dedicated to the development of designs intended to equip our sales group with the highest levels of performance, efficiency and competitive advantage.

		Gina Rueff National Distribution Marketing Manager Gina has over 30 years experience in the lighting industry. Gina joined Day-Brite\|Capri\|Omega in 2008 as the Distributor Marketing Manager for the AD and IMARK accounts. Prior to joining Day-Brite, Gina spent 12 years with the residential arm of the Philps group, Thomas Lighting in Louisville, Kentucky. Gina started with Thomas in product development and then progressed into the marketing department where she ended up as Director of Marketing for Thomas. Gina, who is originally from South Africa also worked for South Africa's largest industrial lighting manufacturer, Lascon Lighting.

		Dusty Short Associate Fluorescent Product Manager Dusty Short has over 10 years experience in the lighting industry in Lighting Controls, Field Service, and Product Management. In his career prior to joining Day-Brite, he served in Engineering, Research and Development, Technical Support, Sales and Operations Management. Dusty is a graduate of Rowan University in New Jersey with degrees in Electro-Optic Technology and Industrial Technology.

		Dana Wallace Sr. Product Manager - HID Outdoor Dana Wallace has over 17 years experience in the lighting industry with Day-Brite Lighting in Applications, Technical Support, and Product Management. In her current role at Day-Brite Lighting, she is responsible for planning and introducing new outdoor products that support the company's marketing & growth strategies. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
